How does Lumara make money?

We earn through development margins, management fees on operating assets, and sales commission on listings. We never charge investors upfront consulting fees on confirmed deals.

What is the exit strategy?

Multiple paths: resale on the secondary market, refinancing, or hospitality cash-flow holds. We provide quarterly performance reporting and exit options at agreed milestones.
